Hostel and Campus Living

The campus offers well-planned hostel accommodation for both girls and boys, with a total capacity of 3,000 students. Each hostel block is supported by its own mess facility, administrative office, and warden quarters, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and student support.
The hostels provide well-furnished rooms and are equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a gymnasium, a medical center, and convenient access to shopping, sports, recreation, and entertainment facilities. A nearby shopping complex with around 20 shops meets the everyday needs of students, including laundry, stationery, grooming services, and other essentials.
Sports and Recreation
Students have access to a wide range of sports and fitness facilities, including gym training, volleyball, cricket, football, and swimming at the Vikram Nail Sports Complex.
Daily Services
Laundry services are available at the campus shopping centre on a paid basis. A stationery store is also available on campus for student convenience.

- Security Deposit (Refundable as per rules):
₹5,000/- for Non-AC rooms ₹10,000/- for AC rooms - Electricity Charges (For AC Hostels) will be levied as per actual consumption.
- GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment Timeline: Students must pay the fees for each semester within two weeks from the commencement of the semester.
- Annual Revision in Fee: Hostel and mess charges are subject to revision every academic year by approx. 5 percent.
- Students shall pay additional mess charge for Hostel Stay during vacation period.
- Food charges are mandatory for all hostel students, including existing and newly admitted students.
- Refund Policy: In case of withdrawal or expulsion, refunds (if applicable) will be processed strictly as per the University Refund Policy.
- Discipline: Students must strictly follow Hostel Rules & Regulations. Any violation will invite disciplinary action as per University norms.
- Students of KBION, SSIOP, and Ph.D. programmes are required to pay additional food charges as follows: ₹3,700/- for Regular Mess, ₹4,900/- for Virtuous Mess, ₹6,400/- for Telugu Mess, and ₹6,000/- for Marine Mess.
- Cash payments are strictly prohibited.

Rules & Regulation
- Prohibited Items: Electric irons, induction stoves, heaters, radios, and speakers are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate cancellation of hostel admission without a refund.
- External Students: External students are not permitted to stay. Violators will incur full accommodation charges and a Rs. 500 fine per outsider.
- Room Allocation: Rooms will be allocated only after full fee payment by both new and returning students, as managed by the rector.
- Energy Conservation: Students must turn off lights and fans before leaving their rooms. Failure to comply will result in a charge based on the monthly average light bill.
- Substance Prohibition: Smoking, tobacco use, alcohol, and illicit substances are strictly forbidden. Violations will lead to immediate revocation of admission without refund.
- Visitor Rules: Visitors are permitted on designated days only, between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM. All meetings must occur in approved areas.
- Internet Use: The internet and computers are for educational purposes only. Misuse will result in collective responsibility for repairs.
- Quiet Atmosphere: A quiet environment must be maintained in rooms, corridors, and throughout the hostel.
- Room Responsibility: Students are responsible for maintaining their room and hostel property. Any damages will be collectively charged to the occupants.
- Valuables: Students are advised to keep their valuables secure. The hostel is not liable for any losses.
- Behavior Issues: Aggressive behavior or anger management issues will lead to immediate cancellation of admission.
- Student Responsibility: The student will be solely responsible for his/her actions and decisions, including any actions that may harm themselves, such as self-harm, or those resulting from personal trauma.
- Medical Facilities: On-campus medical facilities are available. Off-campus services are available at the student’s own expense.
- Non-liability of University/Management: The University/Institute and its Management, including hostel administration and staff, shall not be held responsible or liable for any harm caused by the student to themselves as a result of their actions or decisions.
- Support Services: The University/Institute provides support services, including counseling and mental health resources, which students may avail themselves of if needed.
- Disciplinary Actions: Repeated violations may result in mid-term cancellation of admission with no refund.
- Food Wastage: Food wastage is discouraged. Students are not permitted to take food outside designated dining areas.
- Ragging and Harassment: Any occurrence of ragging or harassment will lead to immediate legal action and cancellation of hostel and college admission.
- Vacation Stays: Students must seek prior permission for staying during vacations or exams. Applicable fees will apply.
- Safety Protocols: Students are required to adhere to all safety protocols and report any suspicious activity immediately to Hostel Administration for maintaining a secure environment for all residents.

A guest house facility is available on campus for parents and visiting family members who wish to stay temporarily during their visit. The accommodation is provided on a chargeable basis and offers a convenient, comfortable, and secure stay close to the campus.
