Dr. Jeni Lalwani is an accomplished assistant professor, community nutritionist, and content creator with expertise in dietetics, food technology, and nutrition science. She currently teaches at Ganpat University, where she specializes in Advanced Food Chemistry and Food Fermentation Technology for master’s students. With a Ph.D. focused on obesity prevalence and management practices in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, she brings a research-driven approach to both academic and practical nutrition education.
