Ms. Jhilam Pramanik invited Dr. S.S Pancholi (Executive Dean, Principal, SKPCPER, GUNI) to welcome the speaker and the participants.Dr. S.S Pancholi welcomed the speaker Dr. Agatha Betsy (Senior specialist, Mondelez India Foods pvt. ltd.) and the participants and Dr. Ravindra Kumar Agarwal (Assistant Professor, Course coordinator, CHAS, GUNI) gave detailed information about the courses run under the CHAS department in Ganpat University, the facilities, and the procedure and eligibility of admission in the different courses of Ganpat University.Ms. Jhilam Pramanik introduced the speaker. Dr. Agatha Betsy gave information about the various courses in Nutrition and Dietetics and their scope in different Food industries and in the corporate offices She explained that pursuing with the Nutrition degrees can help them get jobs in different hospitals, industries and other sectors..She explained why higher education is required to get desired jobs in different sectors related to Nutrition and Dietetics.She described about how the quality control, fortification and product development is carried out in different food industries and what are the skills required to get a good and desired jobs in different industries.Students and faculty Members asked questions to Dr. Agatha Betsy and cleared their doubts regarding the world of Nutrition and its scope in the corporate world.
